New Release: Public Build 0.8.0
Hello!
A new update of After Years is here, just as planned!
While this time the game focuses on Kegar's part of the story, you can also expect Rowley to show up (and get a sort of preview of his next update). The good news is that I once again managed to surpass the previous update in terms of content size. The bad news? Because of my last-minute decision, I decided to cut off the last scene I planned, to give myself more time to polish and revise things. As a result, this build will end on a bit of cliffhanger, but worry not - this part of the story will be continued in the next demo.
What's new?
- Story up to Day 3 (part 3) - Beginning of Kegar's route
- Implemented a new title screen
- Implemented a new "Support me" page during the boot sequence
- Implemented a short additional scene at the end of demo
- Slightly updated Kegar's sprites
I hope you guys will enjoy this new content and as always, I will be looking forward for your feedback!
PS. Also, tommorow I will also upload here on itch.io that Web-Browser version of the game I was planning for so long, so whoever can find it useful - please stay tuned.

Like the storey of kegar. But I hate the character how he looks XD

I have installed this last update, but for some reason I cannot pick Kegar's route. His name appears in dark grey when Welkin is wondering who is the one he wants to be with. Maybe I made a wrong choice during the first part of the game?
It can be the choice. Spend every choice with kegar. Then it should work. Didn't play kegar cause I don't like how he looks XD
Hey Aldolfooo, thank you for letting me know about the problem (I indeed forgot to change an important variable that makes the route available in this scene). The fix is on the way. Fortunatelly, you can play Kegar's story by picking "Check the new content of this build *" option from the main menu - you won't miss anything, because this is exactly what happens next, when you play the game normally. Again, thank you for pointing out the problem.
Thank you so much for your answer, Tyrving!! I'll try the main menu option you mentioned. Kegar is actually my favourite, so I was really looking forward to this update! He's so kind and fluffy I could hug him non stop!
